2. Website access data

When this website is accessed, technical connection data may be processed to deliver the site securely and reliably. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation. Technical logs are retained only as long as required for security and operation, subject to applicable legal obligations.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication. We retain correspondence only for as long as required for the purpose and applicable statutory retention duties.

4. Microsoft Customer Connect chat

The Microsoft Customer Connect service is loaded only after you select “Enable chat”. Microsoft may then process technical data such as IP address, browser information and page context. If you use the chat, Microsoft also processes the chat content and related usage data under its own terms and privacy information. Depending on configuration and location, cookies or similar technologies and international data transfers may be involved. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data.

This website does not use advertising or marketing analytics. The optional Microsoft chat service may use cookies or comparable browser storage after activation.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Technical service providers may process data on our behalf where needed to host and secure the website or provide communication services. Data is disclosed only where a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards exist. External services you open by link operate under their own responsibility.
